A 16-year-old Prince Albert weightlifter is heading to Quebec to compete with the country’s strongest men.
Colton Anderson’s passion for weightlifting started when he was 11-years-old. His goal was only to get stronger, which led to him breaking records and becoming Saskatchewan’s strongest in his age category. He competed in the Junior National Weightlifting Championships in January and now has his sights set on the Canadian Senior Weightlifting championships in La Prairie, Que.
The championship will be held this weekend.
